CONTEST RULES

1. No purchase necessary. 

2.  You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in promotional events or on air contests. At times the minimum age may be 21. 

3.  Contests are open to the public, with the exception of employees of Haynes Broadcasting, immediate family members and/or persons residing in their households. 

4.  One winner per household per sixty day period on prizes valued at $500.00 or less.  One winner per household per 12 month period on prizes valued at over $501.00.  No one will be able to win any prize in less than a sixty day period from their last win.  

5.  Haynes Broadcasting may amend or change these rules without prior notice. 

6.  Prizes given are as-is and Haynes Broadcasting shall not be held liable for failure of a participating sponsor(s) to deliver said prizes, nor will Haynes Broadcasting be held liable for any injuries sustained in the use of any prizes won. 

7.  All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). 

8.  Winner agrees that their likeness, name, photo and/or voice may be used for promotional purposes by Haynes Broadcasting and/or it's participating sponsors free of compensation. 

9.  Haynes Broadcasting may terminate a contest at any time with no prior written or vocal notice.  In the event of a tie, a random drawing may be held to determine a sole winner.  Any person or persons who use fraudulent means to win a prize(s) will be disqualified from any and all current or future promotions, and at the discretion of Haynes Broadcasting, legal action may ensue. 

10.  Violation of any of the official rules will result in immediate forfeiture of all prizes and may result in a permanent ban on participating in any future promotional events by Haynes Broadcasting.
